Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using bkcuci. By accessing or using our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions set out below.
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Member", "Player", "you") and bkcuci ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://bkcuci.cam ("the Website", "the Platform").

To register for and maintain an account with bkcuci, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the Platform:

Each individual may register one (1) account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds therein.
During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bkcuci will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. bkcuci accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, bkcuci requires the completion of a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be required to submit one or more of the following: a government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport, or driving licence), proof of address not older than three months, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. bkcuci reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
The bkcuci Platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not use the Platform for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to reselling access, operating automated betting systems, or exploiting technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
bkcuci endeavours to maintain Platform availability 24 hours a day, seven days a week. However, the Company reserves the right to suspend access for scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. bkcuci accepts no liability for losses arising from temporary Platform unavailability.
All games offered on the Platform utilise certified random number generation (RNG) technology. bkcuci prohibits any attempt to manipulate game outcomes through software, collusion, or other means. Any suspected manipulation will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the bkcuci Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager. The Company makes no representations that the Platform is appropriate or available in all locations. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted do so entirely at their own risk.
bkcuci accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following verified Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank), USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction within the Platform. bkcuci reserves the right to modify these thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
Withdrawals submitted to e-wallet channels (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within five (5) minutes during standard operating hours. DuitNow and FPX transfers are typically processed within five to fifteen (5–15) minutes. Direct bank wire transfers may take between fifteen (15) and sixty (60) minutes. These timeframes are indicative and not guaranteed.
A withdrawal may only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used for a deposit, or where alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing with our support team. All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. bkcuci reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
Currency Note: All deposits and withdrawals on bkcuci are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are converted to MYR at the prevailing rate at the time of receipt.
bkcuci strictly prohibits deposits made from or withdrawals made to accounts belonging to third parties. All payment methods must be registered in the Member's own name. Any funds received from third-party accounts may be confiscated and the associated bkcuci account suspended.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by bkcuci are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering multipliers (e.g., x10, x15, x20) indicate the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered. Game contribution rates apply and are published within the relevant promotion details. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute at reduced rates of 10–20%.
While bonus funds are active, a maximum bet limit applies. Unless specifically stated otherwise, the maximum wager permitted when using bonus funds is MYR 300 per round or bet. Placing bets in excess of this limit while a bonus is active constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any related winnings.
Unless otherwise specified, bonuses and any associated free spins or credits expire within thirty (30) days from the date of credit. Uncompleted wagering requirements and any associated bonus balance will be removed upon expiry.
Welcome bonuses and new member promotions are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Any attempt to circumvent this restriction by registering multiple accounts will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and potential account suspension.
bkcuci reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. The Company's decision on all matters relating to bonus eligibility, wagering disputes, and promotional participation shall be final.
The following actions are expressly prohibited on the bkcuci Platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate legal authorities:
Anti-Money Laundering: bkcuci maintains strict AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance procedures. All transactions are monitored. Suspicious activity will be reported to the relevant financial intelligence authorities. bkcuci reserves the right to freeze and investigate accounts at any time.
All content on the bkcuci Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of bkcuci or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to download (other than page caching), copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of bkcuci.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bkcuci and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
bkcuci does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damage, bkcuci's liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. In no event shall bkcuci's total cumulative liability to you exceed the amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bkcuci reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, provision of false registration information, identification as a Prohibited User, or engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, bkcuci will process any outstanding eligible balance to your verified payment method, subject to KYC compliance and any applicable bonus terms. Accounts subject to ongoing investigation cannot be closed until the investigation is resolved.
Upon termination of your account — whether by you or by bkcuci — all licences granted under these Terms are immediately revoked. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in full force and effect, including Section 9 (Intellectual Property), Section 10 (Limitation of Liability), and Section 13 (Dispute Resolution).

In the first instance, any dispute, complaint, or query should be directed to our customer support team via live chat or email. Our agents will endeavour to resolve your concern within three to five (3–5) business days of receipt. Please provide as much detail as possible, including your account ID, the date and time of the relevant event, and a clear description of the issue.

bkcuci's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account management shall be final and binding, subject only to manifest error. A manifest error includes, but is not limited to, a typographical error, an incorrect price or odds quotation, or a system malfunction that produced an incorrect result.
bkcuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date at the top. Where changes are material, bkcuci may provide notice via email or in-Platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request account closure.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to bkcuci's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by agreement between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent bkcuci from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
